All content, code, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property on this Website are owned by or licensed to Tenqiva and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian intellectual property laws. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator, and the seat and venue of arbitration shall be HYDERABAD, India. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of HYDERABAD, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
